Ingredients

  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1/4 cup Asiago cheese
  • 1/4 cup Asiago cheese
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1 Tomato, large diced
  • 1 Tomato, large diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine baby spinach, capers, olives and tomato in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over salad and toss to coat
  3. Add cheese and salt and pepper to taste
