Ingredients

  • 1 cup berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • splash of coconut or cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon nut or seed butter
  • handful of spinach

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Add more milk or water as needed to get the desired thickness.
