Immunity-Boosting Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • Optional toppings: sliced kiwi, shredded coconut, chia seeds, granola

Instructions

  1. Cut frozen fruits into thick slices or smaller pieces for easy blending.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with sliced kiwi, shredded coconut, chia seeds, or other toppings of your choosing.
