Proactive health management.

At DFD, we champion preventative care. Therefore, we encourage patients to take charge of their health by scheduling preventative screenings and preventative health checkups with their providers. We focus on the prevention and treatment of the whole person and offer multiple tests, vaccinations and immunizations for patients of all ages.

Annual physical exams, Pap Smears, laboratory tests, colorectal cancer screenings, and health education are a few of the many preventative services we offer our patients.
