The vision of DFD Russell Medical Center is to maximize the health and well being of people in our communities. As a community health center, we are responsible to the community for proactively identifying, developing, and improving programs to address the full spectrum of health and behavioral health needs in our community, thereby reducing the need for costly treatment due to preventable causes. Our programs emphasize safety, prevention, health promotion and reaching out to our community by providing services in a culturally sensitive manner.
