Chicken Meatballs

These lean and flavorful chicken meatballs are packed with protein and essential nutrients, providing a nutritious twist on a classic favorite.

 

 

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/3 cup grated sweet onion
  • 1 teaspoon parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a sheet pan with tin foil and grease lightly with oil.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, add ground chicken with egg, panko, oregano, sweet onion, and parsley. Combine mixture until thoroughly mixed.
  3. On your sheet pan, place meatball sized scoop, equally spaced apart.
  4. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Enjoy with your choice of pasta and sauce
