Ingredients
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1/4 cup Asiago cheese
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- 1 tomato, large diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine baby spinach, capers, olives and tomato in a large bowl
- Drizzle olive oil over salad and toss to coat
- Add cheese and salt and pepper to taste
