Ingredients
Grilled Chicken Sandwich
- 6 small chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 small onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Herbed Maynnaise
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Grilled Chicken Sandwich
- Combine all chicken ingredients and mix well. Marinate overnight.
- Grill and serve on Foccacia bread with lettuce, tomato, and herbed mayonnaise.
Herbed Mayonnaise
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate after using.
