Watermelon Lemonade

A refreshing summer favorite.

  • 4 cups water, sparkling or still
  • 3 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Ice for serving


  1. Add watermelon, water, honey, and lemon juice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, 1-2 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture into a large jug or container to remove the watermelon seeds.
  4. Serve immediately over ice.
  5. Alternatively, freeze mixture into popsicle molds for a cool summer treat!
